Structure of Committees

In case of changes of the board members, send the updated list of members to ia@vseth.ethz.ch. Preferably in an Excel sheet (as shown here).

Anyone who studies in Zurich or at EPFL and is a member of VSETH or an equivalent organization (such as VSUZH or AGEPoly) can become a committee member.
In particular, therefore, are admitted:

ETH students & PhD students who are members of VSETH
UZH students who are members of VSUZH
UZH doctoral students until February 1, 2020, from then on those who have become an associate member of VSUZH.
Furthermore, alumni are in principle admitted (i.e. those who have completed a degree such as Bachelor or Master in Zurich or at EPFL).
However, these must be confirmed individually each year by the VSETH Board in the summer (an e-mail will be sent from ia@vseth.ethz.ch in this regard).

The Committees decide themselves who they want to accept as a member or board member.
More details are defined in the commission regulations.

The President and Vice-President of the Committees are elected by the VSETH Board of Directors. The term of office (except for Challenge) is one year.
