You can reserve rooms by writing an email to raumreservation@ethz.ch:

If you don't need a specific room, just specify what you need (beamer/screen/blackboard/number of participants)

To rent ETH rooms, you must be either recognized or associated by VSETH.
Otherwise, you need a patronage.
