About VSETH

Overview over the structure:

The VSETH has a federal structure.

The Members' Council (MR) is the big legislature and can decide on everything. Members of the professional associations, the Committees and the staff are entitled to vote.

The Professional Association Council (FR) is the small legislature. It mainly supervises the board in its activities, and decides university policy strategies.

The Business Review Commission (GPK) decides on regulatory ambiguities and reviews the decisions in the minutes for compatibility with the statutes and laws.

In the VSETH there is also the possibility of initiatives, referendums and ballots.
