Newsletter

Every two weeks during the semester the newsletter is sent to all VSETH members (approx. 17'000 recipients). Every three weeks during the semester break.
All organizations will be reminded via a reminder email when the next newsletter will be sent out.
Submit and entry here. If the entry is as specified in the form, it will appear in the next newsletter. However, if there are too many entries, the board might delete your entry.

Poster stands

We manage 15 poster stands and several display cases distributed throughout the center and the Hönggerberg campus.

Calendar

The VSETH website displays all events on the calendar of student associations, committees and student organizations under Events.

How to add entries is explained in this Wiki entry.

Instagram

There is the possibility that we share your stories or posts in our story. To do this, you should always write a DM to our Instagram account and ask for it. To be repost stories the VSETH account must also always be tagged.

For committees and associated organizations, which mainly organize 1-2 major events per year and otherwise hardly use advertising channels, there is also the possibility for a post on our channel with accompanying Stories on one day. To do so, please contact kommunikation@vseth.ethz.ch.

Polykum Pin-Up Board

In each Polykum there is a pin-up board of the VSETH organizations. There you can tell something about your organisation or advertise something.

Polykum Article

With an article in the Polykum, you can write about your interests or organization.
Get in touch at redaktion@polykum.ethz.ch if you are interested.

Activity Fair

You can present your organization at the Activity Fair.
The registration is at the beginning of the fall semester and you will receive an e-mail. You can send questions regarding the Activity Fair to ia@vseth.ethz.ch.

Ersti-Bag (freshman bag)

Goodies (for example magnetic bookmarks, pens etc.) can be placed in the Ersti-Bag. The approximate number of copies is 6'500.
In addition, a flyer booklet will be printed with the different offers of the organizations.
You will be contacted in the spring semester regarding this.

Website Entry

On the website your organization will be listed and briefly introduced.
If you would like to update the logo, the website or the German / English text, please send an e-mail to kommunikation@vseth.ethz.ch.
